I am working on making forms using Google docs and Flubaroo to make up assessments and make grading easier. In case you are not familiar with Flubaroo, it will transform your grading from lots of paperwork to easy to read tables and graphs showing student performance. Heather- This certainly looks like it could make your life a bit easier, huh? I was a bit skeptical at first because I wondered if it would take out the personal aspect....like comments, etc.. But then I saw the option to email the grade to each student, along with the option to comment. I don't do a lot of grading with my students in reading, so I might not find this as useful, but I'm sure in math it could be helpful. What sorts of tests do you give? Just curious.
ReplyDeleteI usually make up a lot of multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank assessments so Google Forms and Flubaroo will work perfect. Especially for Social Studies.
